Customised Studies for the Ideal Design

We have unique expertise in vehicle design. Our ambition is to help you bring your project to success. For all your requests, whether for adaptations or vehicle body fitting, our design office performs feasibility calculations and prepares plans using CAD and finite element design tools. In collaboration with manufacturers, we advise you and validate your vehicle design together. By integrating regulatory and technical requirements, we devise solutions to meet the most specific needs.

We guarantee safe equipment with custom body-to-chassis mounting.

UTAC-Qualified Operator

We provide a turnkey service, from design through to vehicle registration. Cornut has been a UTAC-qualified operator since 2007. The registration procedure is therefore facilitated, thanks to our initial compliance assessment of your vehicle after completion of our work.

Periodic Hoisting Inspections

Our operators are qualified to carry out hoisting inspections when (re)commissioning your equipment. These regulatory tests are carried out before your vehicle is delivered. To ensure that your lifting equipment remains in good working order, we can also offer periodic inspections of your hydraulic arms and cranes. We check the overall condition of your equipment and carry out any necessary maintenance and repairs.

Optimal Crane Use

The handover of your crane is an essential service to be sure that you can make optimal and safe use of your equipment as soon as you have the keys. Our aftersales technicians therefore provide training in using your equipment, with hands-on goods handling practice drills. After this customised training, you will also be able to do all first level maintenance operations.

A large stock of Spare Parts

With a large stock of spare parts for cranes, truck bodies and hydraulic arms, etc., we provide a same-day response to 80% of requests. Present at our three sites, our warehouse teams provide an efficient, complementary service with a wide range of hydraulic parts, hardware and lubricants, etc.

A responsive After-Sales Service close to hand

To be within easy reach, our after-sales technicians are available at our three sites. For repairs or a breakdown service, they can assist you remotely, on site with a service vehicle, or at our own sites. They can also call on our network of after-salesoutlets developed throughout mainland and overseas France.
